What do I need to do to secure my
event date?
A deposit of $100 is
required to secure your event. Deposits are taken on a first come-first
serve basis. Checks, cash, and credit cards are accepted. You can make
a credit card deposit using your Visa or Mastercard (see below).
What does the lighting effects
package include?
The lighting effects package includes 2
large tripod lighting stands, 8 Par38 multi-colored lights, 3 large special
effects units to dazzle the dance floor, and a lighting
control unit. The lighting control unit allows the lights to flash in
time with your selected music and creates a wonderful dance floor
atmosphere. Lighting is offered as an option for those who are having
their event during the day. Dance floor lighting is highly recommended
for events being held at night.
Our wedding ceremony is outdoors.
Can you mic the actual ceremony so our guests can hear it?
Yes. We can use wireless microphones at the
alter so everyone can hear your vows. Burton Entertainment can also
play your selected music as you walk down the isle, be it "Here Comes the
Bride" or any other selection which you choose.
Can you avoid playing profane and
vulgar music?
Yes. Unless otherwise directed, all
of our music selections are "radio-friendly" versions and do not contain
profanities.
Can we choose our own music?
Yes. The DJ promo package contains
a form where you can write down specific songs that you would like played at
your event. There is a "Must Play" section as well as a "Do Not Play"
section. If you choose a song that is not already in our 15,000+ song
catalog, we will pay to download it (legally) through an online music
provider.

call in advance to make sure you had the correct
pronunciations for names, clarification of timing of
events and song selections. We had multiple comments
